EMPANADAS: To bake fresh or frozen empanadas, preheat oven to 400 degrees . Convection oven is great.
Place on parchment-lined baking sheets or spray tray with vegetable oil.
Optional: Brush tops with egg wash, avoiding crimped edges.
Halfway through remove them for a few minutes to let them set and avoid cheese spilling, then rotate sheets.
Bake until golden brown . Time: 25 min.
CHIPA (Cheese bread): Preheat oven to 400 degrees, place frozen 'chipa' on parchment paper, ready in 15min!
